Flight Terms and Conditions

All travel and travel-related services that we, our agents, employees, affiliates, associated businesses, independent contractors, or subcontractors provide for sale are subject to the “Terms and Conditions” listed below.

We offer, recommend, offer, or sell a variety of services including travel planning, consultations, charters, yachts, airfares, information about cruises, hotels, camps, resorts, tours, leisure, adventure activities, car rentals, equipment rentals, etc. Below is a list of some of the typical words you will see along with their definitions:

International flight Booking Terms

General terms:

1. All applicable government taxes are included in the total fare shown on the website. It does not include any and all fees assessed by the airport during check-in, including any applicable airport taxes.

2. In order to receive a confirmation of your international air ticket booking, you must pay the full amount of the airfare.

3. Before making a reservation, we advise you to review the airline’s terms and conditions.

4. In addition, the terms and conditions of the specific airline you booked your tickets with will apply to all international plane tickets issued to the passenger.

5. You agree to the terms and conditions of the specific airline you are booking the flight ticket with by accepting our booking terms.

6. Please make sure the name on the traveller’s detail page exactly matches the name on the passport. After the booking has been confirmed, the passenger’s name cannot be changed or amended.

7. Special services and on-board meals are only available upon request. They are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline, and Iflyglobe.com India must obtain confirmation of this from the airline.

8. If you have any questions about your frequent flyer miles or an airline offer or tie-in, you must contact the airline directly.

9. Before booking an overseas trip, we advise all passengers to make sure they have all necessary visas, immigration clearances, transit visas, and other documentation for the countries they will be travelling and transiting through.

10. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months on the day you leave India.

11. To use Iflyglobe.com India’s services, a convenience fee will be assessed. Without providing any previous warning, Iflyglobe.com India retains the right to change any kind of transaction fees from time to time. When making a reservation, the passenger is responsible for paying any and all fees, taxes, and charges that may be associated with using the Iflyglobe.com India services

Iflyglobe has Modifications:

We are free to adjust the routes and schedules of flights in the event of environmental changes, such as changes in the weather or due to political events. Bookings may occasionally be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. We make an effort to make new alterations, and we reserve the right to cancel events without prior notice. While some changes are little and have no impact, others are significant and cannot be stopped.

A change is seen to be a larger modification if it is made before the flight’s departure while taking your information into consideration. These adjustments may be made based on your lodging, travel destinations, departure times, etc. This could involve things like having your accommodations downgraded while you’re away, having your vacation destination modified, having the departure times altered, or having your departure location moved to a location that’s easier for you to get there. When we organize your trip, this will be simple to accomplish.

In the event of material changes, prior notice will be given as soon as feasible from our end. As a courtesy to you and out of care for you, we would also offer you alternative route options or dates. We will present you with a plan with comparable costs and standards.

If you have some time before your departure, the following options are available to you:

-You are free to accept the modified timetable.
– You have the option of exchanging a trip of comparable caliber for your prior one. You will have the option to choose a different trip, and you won’t be charged any additional fees for doing so. If your new trip ends up being less expensive than the first one, we will swiftly refund the difference. If you don’t like the trip we’ve suggested, you can decline to go and opt for one of the alternative options instead. And you are responsible for such arrangements, which indicate that you must pay a premium for a package that we do not provide and that we will only reimburse you if your package ends up costing less than the original.

Exceptions are always there, please note:

If we are need to alter the flights in any way, nobody will receive compensation. It might take place as a result of unforeseen and unpredictable events that are beyond our control. And for all those instances in which, despite our best efforts, we were unable to prevent the scenario or were otherwise powerless to do so.

Furthermore, if you commit fraud against us or violate our policies or booking terms, we won’t accept your request for a refund or compensation. In this scenario, we are forced to abruptly cancel the flight, and you won’t receive a refund.

If “force majeure” occurs after your departure but before the end of your vacation, we might have to cancel the flight. We regret to inform you that, in this case, we cannot guarantee reimbursements unless we receive them from our suppliers. Rarely, if ever, will you receive payment for any fees or expenses you incurred on your own.

Important:

There would be no refunds for any packages, including air travel or vacations. Refund requests will only be accepted if the conditions listed below are satisfied.

-If refunds are allowed by the rules,
-your refund requests will only be processed after we receive the requested reimbursement from our suppliers.
– Once you’ve requested a refund, you’ll receive an email. It will let you know that our customer service representative has received your request. It does not imply that you are entitled to a refund.

First, we will check with the airlines about your request for potential fare regulations. If the airlines permit refunds, your request will be taken into consideration, and a refund will be issued. The refund transfers may take 4-6 weeks to reach your account.
